Publication Ethics Statement

For all parties involved in the process of publishing (Authors, Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, and Reviewers), it is necessary to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior. To guarantee high ethical standards, IAEME Publication has developed international standards for all the parties. IAEME Publication expects all the parties to commit to these standards.

International Standards for Authors:

IAEME Publication does not require all authors of a research paper to sign a letter of submission, nor does it impose an order on the list of authors. All authors who submit to IAEME Publication are supposed to observe the international standards for authors voluntarily.

• Authors must certify that their manuscripts are their original work. Plagiarism, Duplicate, Data Fabrication and Falsification, and Redundant Publications are forbidden.
• Authors must certify that the manuscript has not previously been published and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere.
• If the authors have used the work and/or words of others, the authors must ensure that the work and/or words of others are appropriately cited or quoted and identify all sources used in the creation of their manuscripts.
• When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the Journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
• Authors must notify IAEME Publication of any conflicts of interest

International Standards for Editorial Board:

Editors and Editorial Board are required to follow the international standards for Editorial Board:

• The Editorial Board must keep information pertaining to all submitted manuscripts confidential.
• The Editorial Board is responsible for making publication decisions for submitted manuscripts.
• The Editorial Board must strive to meet the needs of readers and authors.
• The Editorial Board must evaluate manuscripts only for their intellectual content. The Editorial Board must strive to constantly improve their journals.
• The Editorial Board must maintain the integrity of the academic record.
• The Editorial Board must disclose any conflicts of interest and preclude business needs from compromising intellectual and ethical standards.
• The Editorial Board must always be willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed.

International Standards for Reviewers:

Reviewers of IAEME Publication are also expected to meet the international standards for reviewers when they accept review invitations.

• Reviewers must keep information pertaining to the manuscript confidential.
• Reviewers must bring to the attention of the Editor Board any information that may be a reason to reject publication of a manuscript.
• Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts only for their intellectual content.
• Reviewers must objectively evaluate the manuscripts based only on their originality, significance and relevance to the domains of the journal.
• Reviewers must notify IAEME Publication of any conflicts of interest.

Malpractice Statement

• Duplicate Submission: If duplicate submission was found or noticed from other sources, the editorial board should check the status. If the duplicate submission was confirmed as intentional thing, then the following actions must be imposed: Review process will be terminated; The reason should be sent to reviewers, editorial board, authors, and Vice Chancellor of every author’s institute; All authors’ names will be marked as black list, and these authors cannot submit any article to Journal for 5 years or for an indefinite period.
• Duplicate Publication: If duplicate publication is found or noticed from other sources, editorial board should check the status. If the duplicate publication is confirmed as intentional thing, then the following actions will be carried out: This should be reported to editorial board, author(s), and Vice Chancellor of every author’s institute; This should be sent to the publisher who published same (or very similar) article; Article will be removed; All authors’ name will be marked as black list, and these authors cannot submit any article to Journal for 5 years or for an indefinite period.
• Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism): If plagiarism is found or noticed from other sources, editorial board should check the status. If the plagiarism is confirmed as intentional thing, then the following actions will be carried out: This should be reported to editorial board, authors, and Vice Chancellor of every author’s institute; This should be sent to publisher who published same or similar article; Article will be removed; All authors’ name will be marked as black list, and this author(s) cannot submit any article to Journal for 5 years or for an indefinite period.

Authorship

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.

The IAEME Publication recommends that authorship adhere to the following guidelines:

• make a good-faith effort to follow journal submission standards and guidelines
• attest that any submitted paper or its substantive content have not been published elsewhere by themselves or others
• verify that the actual investigators and authors of the paper are correctly listed and accompanying biographical information is accurate
• identify the funding of their research work to avoid conflicts of interest and any appearance of bias
• confirm that the results described in a submitted paper are original, truthful and complete, and that content used or referenced from other sources is cited and properly acknowledged
• consent to and fully participate in the required formal peer review process
• assure that all data presented in a paper is authentic, are prepared to make the data publicly available if practicable, and ensure accessibility of the data for at least ten years after publication
• inform the editor about any potential conflicts of interest and work to resolve any related issues
• inform the editor immediately if an error in their publication is identified, and correct, clarify or retract the paper when requested
• follow all contractual rules regarding dissemination, future reference and reuse of their material published in the journal

Contributorship

The contributions of all authors must be described. We include only one corresponding author per article. Any further contribution details (eg, equal contribution) must be included in the contributors or acknowledgement sections at the end of the article. Researchers must determine among themselves the precise nature of each person's contribution, and we encourage open discussion among all participants.

Alteration to authorship or contributorship

Any change in authors and/or contributors after initial submission must be approved by all authors. This applies to additions, deletions, change of order to the authors, or contributions being attributed differently. Any alterations must be explained to the editor. The editor may contact any of the authors and/or contributors to ascertain whether they have agreed to any alteration.

Group Authorship

When a significant, multicenter group has carried out the research, the group should designate the people who take sole responsibility for the manuscript. The following criteria for authorship/contributorship should be fully met by these people, and editors will ask them to fill out author and conflict-of-interest disclosure forms relevant to the journal. Funding, data gathering, or general management of the study team alone do not qualify as authorship.

When submitting a group-authored manuscript, the corresponding author must explicitly state the chosen citation in the manuscript title page and list both the group name and the names of all contributing authors. Journals generally list other members of the group in the Acknowledgments.

Corresponding Author Responsibilities

• Make sure the manuscript adheres to all requirements.
• Make sure that all authors can see the final manuscript before submitting it to the journal and that they all accept the author list and the author contributions.
• Ensure that all authors have seen the final draft of the manuscript before it is published.
• Continue to be the point of contact for queries about the published paper

Acknowledgments

Those who contributed but didn't match the requirements for authorship should be acknowledged. It is anticipated that persons being acknowledged have consented to their names being used.

Disclosure of Funding Sources

Authors are required to declare what support they received to carry out their research. Declaring funding sources acknowledges funders’ contributions, fulfills funding requirements and promotes greater transparency in the research process.

Privacy Statement

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

Data availability statement

A data availability statement (also sometimes called a ‘data access statement’) tells the reader where the research data associated with a paper is available, and under what conditions the data can be accessed. They also include links (where applicable) to the data set. When submitting the manuscript, authors must provide a Code and Data Availability Statement.

Citation Manipulation

Citation manipulation is the practise of providing an excessive number of citations in a submitted publication that do not further the scientific discussion and are only there to boost the number of references to a certain author's or a particular journal's articles. This amounts to a type of scientific misconduct since it misrepresents the significance of the particular work and journal in which it is published.

Complaints Policy

We aim to respond to and resolve all complaints quickly and constructively. The procedures to investigate and resolve complaints followed by IAEME Publication aims to be fair and balanced for those making complaints and for those being complained about. Copyright

The authors' publications in IAEME Publication are distributed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). The license was developed to facilitate open access, namely, free immediate access to and unrestricted reuse of original works of all types.

Under this license, authors retain ownership of the copyright for their publications, but grant IAEME Publication a non-exclusive license to publish the work in paper form and allow anyone to reuse, distribute and reproduce the content as long as the original work is properly cited.

Appropriate attribution can be provided by simply citing the original work. No permission is required from the authors or the publishers. For any reuse or distribution of a work, users must also make clear the license terms under which the work was published.

The standard license will be applied to the authors' publications, which ensures the publications freely and openly available in perpetuity.
